Páll Finnur Páll is a pop-rock band from Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. The band started playing as a trio 7 years ago by three students named Páll, Finnur and Páll - hence the name - but three more members have joined since then. They released their first album Bermenn in 2003 and their second album Førist in 2006.

Teitur:
He is most famous for his English music, but he has done albums in Faroese too. The newest one is "Káta Hornið". Teitur started out as a singer/songwriter, but he has experimented a lot and tried to find his own sound.
Eivør Pálsdóttir (or just Eivør):
She does a lot of different things, but is probably most famous for her nordic folk and jazz. I can recommend "nú brennur tú í mær" or "Trøllabundin" on youtube.
ORCA:
This one is very interesting and difficult to classify. It's a mixture of folk and industrial or something. To make it even more industrial, they made the instruments themselves out of tools and equipment from a shed.
Valravn:
The singer is Faroese, and the rest of the band is Danish. The genre is something I would like to call "nu-folk". They perform songs in a variety of nordic languages, like Faroese, Icelandic, Danish and old norse.
